Every formula and figure on SalarySutra is checked against a primary source before it publishes — the bare Act text on indiacode.nic.in, the actual CBDT, EPFO, or ESIC notification or gazette entry, not a summary of one written by someone else. Where I couldn't verify a figure with confidence, I say so on the page rather than presenting a guess as settled fact. That verification process is the actual credential here, not a professional qualification I don't hold.
